3 potatoes, peeled
3 tbsp butter
1 tspn salt
1/2 tspn pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup milk
- Cut each potato into 4 equal sized pieces
- Bring pot of water to a boil over medium high heat.
- Add potatoes to the pot and boil until fork tender about 1 hour.
- Drain water from pot.
- Add butter, salt pepper, and garlic.
- Mash all of the ingredients together.
- Slowly stir in the milk to get the consistency that you prefer.
