1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 tspn salt
1/4 tspn white pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tspn fresh dill, diced
1 1/2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, diced
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Blend the yogurt and the sour cream using a whisk.
- Mix together the olive oil mixture and the yogurt mixture.
- Add the diced cucumber and the fresh dill.
- Refrigerate for at least three hours before serving.
